We want you to love everything you purchase from Bound by Love Books—whether you shop online or in our store. Please read our return policy below:

📦 Returns & Exchanges

✅ Returns Accepted – We accept returns within 14 days of purchase (online or in-store) with proof of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition.
🚫 Size Issues – We do not accept returns for sizing concerns. Please refer to the detailed size charts included in our product listings before purchasing.
🚫 Final Sale Items – Personalized, clearance, and seasonal book boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

🛍️ In-Store Returns

• Items purchased in person may be returned within 14 days for a refund or store credit, with receipt.

• Items must be in unused, sellable condition with original packaging or tags.

• Book returns are only accepted for unread, undamaged books.

📬 Online Returns

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return:

• Items must be shipped back in unused condition with original packaging.

• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

🚫 Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
